  1. I think this is a brilliant business model. I have used this both as an affiliate and as a product owner and it really is a win-win situation for everyone! I love seeing how you have laid this out on your mindmap. I have not used OTO and other types of upsells and downsells enough. -Norene, shoestringmarketer.com

  2. Thanks Kim….Always great value when I visit your site. Long term we are all learning that the money is in the list & giving 100% of the commission is win-win for both parties.

  3. Great video lesson…thankyou. It seems that in order to implement this “100% Commission” business model, I would need to have my own killer, super value front-end product that affiliates would love to offer their lists. Otherwise, I’m at square one in struggling to get traffic to my offer. Is my assessment correct?

So, the question is, what is the most effective method of creating a killer, super-value front-end product? I welcome your recommendations.

  4. Hey Kim,
have you considered getting a video player that works when viewed on an iphone/ipad? I can’t see the video on my phone.

  5. Thanks for the video, Kim.

How do you address refunds? It seems as though affiliates would have to give refunds and provide the customer service for the front end product. Is that true? How do you address that?

    Thanks,

    Nate

    • I think that it would be difficult as well… Not sure on that exactly, but with regards to refunds I think what some people do is that if the affiliate refuses to refund, the product owner has to refund himself and the owner then blocks the affiliate from further promotions.

  6. I have been looking for information like this for quite a while and I’m glad I found you. I have a few questions, though…

    1. Could this model also be used with Payspree.com? I notice they have a 100% instant commission program, too.

    2. I am also very interested in knowing how to create that killer front-end product. I have some things that may work, but I’m not really sure if they are killer enough. :-)

    3. When a person first purchases the super-fantastic front-end product, why would they be gung ho to get your OTO’s when they haven’t even had a chance to experience how great the front-end product is yet?

    Thanks very much, Kim.

Sure Sheri, those you see on Payspree are the same as Kim is explaining. They are the product owners, like you, looking for affiliates. When you get your program set up you can advertise it on Payspree.

      2. I am also very interested in knowing how to create that killer front-end product. I have some things that may work, but I’m not really sure if they are killer enough. :-)

You should do research to find what peope want then just create that product. If your present product is something people want (not what you think they’ll want) then you have a Killer product.

I believe the best OTO product would be an upgrade of the Front-end product. If your Front-end product is an ebook about “How To generating traffic”, your OTO or Back-end product could be a software that would help your customer impliment the instructions they received in your front-end product.

I see OTOs that are not related in the least to the Front-end product, so just make sure your Back-end product is something that people want. Remember, the best way to get rich is by giving (selling) people what they want.

Kim may have something to add to this so come back soon to see.

      Thanks very much, Kim.

  7. It sounds great and my mind is busy trying to figure out how to do it on a smaller scale. I’m starting from scratch, don’t have money to throw at it, don’t have a list. Is this strategy more suitable for a more established business?

  8. Hi Kim,

Well I have not visited you blog in some time being a SAC member, but I must say part of the reason was that I thought your blog page looked confusing. Don’t get me wrong, the content has always been exceptional. But the revamp of this site has turned out FANTASTIC!

I really like the new look. See you in the SAC.

  9. Hey Kim:
I have to tell you that I absolutely LOVE these new “strategy series” you are doing on videos. I am brainstorming ‘within myself’ how I can integrate some of these models into my new online business, as soon as I start creating my own products.

Your 100% makes a lot of sense and dills deep into the “concept of extending the free line” and I’m happy to tell you that I recently made my very 1st, 2nd and 3rd sales online (in 2 days) from promoting your ‘Traffic Dashboard’.

Kim, the quality you put in to your product makes it easy to promote them, and girl, with this 100% model, only marketers who are sure of their quality would not be scared to go that mile.

Please do more of these series. I love them.

    Stella

  10. It’s interesting, I’m just in the process of putting out my first product and I planned to offer 100% on the front end, clearly I need to go back and look at RAP Bank again

do any of these programs offer secure download areas as part of the package?

    Thanks for sharing Tony

  11. Hi Kim,

Regarding your 100% commission model. It is my understanding that the sales would alternate? Example: sale 1 would come to us, sale 2 would go to you, sale 3 would go us, etc. Is this correct? If the answer is “yes” then it strikes me that we are really getting paid 50%.

    Please let me know. Thanks

    George Owens

    • No, the sales do not alternate when you’re doing 100% commissions. The sales only alternate if you’re doing something less than 100%. Hope that makes sense!

      Cheers,

      Kim
